If you are interested in running with a group come to Judge Roy Beans parking lot Thursday night at 6:00. Several members of team Spirdon leave at 6 and a more diverse group leaves at 6:30, paces vary and distance is between 3 and 6 miles. I'm sorry I can't give the street names, I just run them.
