first triathalon, need swimming help? advice?

Howdy:
I've signed up for a triathalon in Sandestin FL in August. Enjoy running and biking. Weak swimmer with no experience at this. Any suggestions? Is there a Master's swimming club/swim coach you could recommend? I've bought some books, read some magazine articles, and would be appreciative of any local advice or suggestions that have worked for you who 'do' or 'tri?'
