Leon,

I recently read an article about Lance and his early years as a triathlete. He had made the comment that with drafting allowed in the swim, everyone came out of the water at pretty much the same time, the bike splits didn't really lead to much of a selection, and it always seemed to come down to the run, which he claimed was his worst event. So, THAT would indicate he wouldn't be much of a runner. However, that was also before he lost all that upper body muscle mass (about 15 - 20 lbs) during his cancer treatment. I suspect he would be a faster runner now that he's a lean machine and more into training hard than he was in his youth.

I still kind of look to see him do an ironman triathlon at some point down the road though . . .
