Maybe I'm not the best one to take advice from on this subject. I try to stick with fruit. I know that it has sugar but at least it is natural. A banana is very filing so that helps. Raw veggies are good to snack on (brocolli, cauliflower, celery and carrots) I like nuts they're supposed to have good fat. I also try to stay fully hydrated, lots and lots of water especially if you sweat like I do.
