I believe that it is true that at no time should your body be air born as it is in running. Either foot must be on the ground at any given time and I believe that your knees must lock with each step which must be a tough thing to police. However, I'm sure that Mo will chime in shortly to tell you all exactly where I am wrong in my interpretation of the definition of race walking. Take it away MO!!!
