Thanks Will - That your data is 13 years old would likely explain the much higher rating I'm getting from the CC results vs. the Pine Belt Pacers calculator. I wonder if maybe it's time to update the CC program? With more data for older runners now, the newer tables may have a more accurate calculation for older runners than the one's you're currently using. I'm still new to the CC system but I know a lot of people feel that the current CC tables are unfairly biased for older women. Swithing to newer tables could change that - but it could be a change in either direction.
Just my opinion . . .
