Hey, Timmy Jernigan!! You out there? I know I've been hiding under a rock for a long time but I wanted to let you know that I'm crawling out from under my rock to expose my self to defeat and humiliation at the hands of a Blue Bell Bomber. I've registered for the Gulf Coast Half Ironman in Panama City this coming May. Not exactly my course and certainly not my weather but I know you've done this race before so I thought I'd give you advanced warning that it's an opportunity for you to drub me into the sand . . .
