Vince,I'm no expert here but I don't think you can since they stress pick ups on Friday. Also, you seem to be running around Athena's time, so if you're early enough, you probably could get one.
My wife screwed up one time and cut 10 minutes off my estimated time and I got a chip in the mail but that was the only time! Apparently, you can't put a chip on a turtle, the claws are too big.
