I guess you made a point in there somewhere but you lost me at "social intercourse . . . ." All I could think about after that was something about X and Y chromosomes and behavior that is induced in beings that have one of each.
I did, however, learn from "A Christmas Story" that the best way to induce action was to shun protocol and skip straight to the triple dog dare. ;-)
