Broom on aisle 3 please!!!

....needed for the clean sweep by Team Spiridon runners in yesterday's Guns & Hoses 5K race!
Team Spiridon runners took the first 4 places overall(also 5 out of the top 10) AND the first 3 Females overall!! Congrats to:

Also, congrats to Kenric Andrews and Victor Birch.....Kenric, keep it up...you will knock down the "18-min" door in short order, and to Victor..Great race bud! In fact I believe it was your time that made the "difference" in the age-graded results in this one.
Justin will have the age-graded results posted shortly(if not already!)...and just for "fun" I asked hime to compile a X-Country type results from this race to see how the teams fared. :)

Oh, one other "shout-out"....to Marty DeMouy...I believe he was THE first Firefighter across the finish line (14th overall !!) in a time of 19:08. (not bad for an old fart) ;)
