What the heck is going on here?

Races are to run fast, and fast, however you define or redefine it, is cool and fun.

Running fast is actually much easier than running slow. Being fit enough to run fast however, is much more difficult to achieve than being fit enough to run slow.

And in regard to PR's, they have no use until you retire. While you are running what matters is your last race. After you retire what matter's is your PR.

So cut this talk about comraderie and caring. We all know the only reason Victor asks about our times is so that he can go home and put another notch on the handle of his six gun.

Have a nice day,

Bruce
